Things I've seen so far...

Hatcher Pass. My favorite drive so far! At the end of this road there was an old, deserted gold mining town. It was cold, but totally worth it!







Chugach State Park. It's on my list of places to hike and it's only 15 minutes from our house. These mountains actually surround our neighborhood. This picture doesn't do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful.



This is one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time. Despite the long crazy drive on Ft. Richardson, my parents and I were able to witness this! I can't tell you how amazing this was. The two planes flying over us, the men and women jumping out of the planes, and the emotion behind it all. It gives me so much appreciation for what John does. He's badass!




I've seen the inside of a bar! Surprise, surprise. This is actually our local bar, Tips. We usually call it every other name in the book, but it makes for a good time. All the locals go there and we're already on a first name basis with the bartender. It happens.
